[WSBAPT] Tracking down decedent vehicle records

[Ashley Raymond]

PR just got appointed and somehow, a police officer gave her information
that her father (the decedent's) car is now registered in the name of
decedent's female friend's daughter's boyfriend. Can daughter take her
Letters of Administration into the department of licensing and find out
when this happened and how? What would be the best way to proceed?
