Hi Lisa,
I had a good experience with Ken Coyne (http://www.gscfirm.com/attorney-coyne.php) on a small matter. We were potentially going to need some elder law advice, and he recommended Ashley Burke (http://www.beckman-weil.com/team-member/ashley-shannon-burke/). She also handles probate matters and would likely have lower fees than Ken.
Hope this helps,
John

Subject: [WSBAPT] Cincinnati probate attorney

Hi, all,

I have a Seattle client whose Cincinnati parent is expected to die sometime this year. Her estate is small, and under WA law would not require a probate. However, he needs some Ohio advice. Does anyone have a contact in Cincinnati who would take a practical approach to a friendly family and a small estate?

Thanks.
