[WSBAPT] Off topic family law attorney referral request

Greetings:

I have a client who will be divorcing from a husband who is a resident and citizen of Scotland (and still resides there).  Their child was conceived in Scotland, but born in the U.S.  Does anyone have a referral to a family law attorney in NW Washington who might be able to tackle the various issues that might arise for this client?
