[WSBAPT] Death certificate for decedent who died abroad

[Ashley Raymond]

Decedent (resident of Pierce county) died while in the Phillipines. His son
brought him back to the U.S. and received some type of death record from
the Phillipines. Does he still need to get a death certificate issued here
in WA?
