It’s funny you ask. Just this morning I received an announcement that the book will be available in an on-line subscription edition for $9 per month, which will include new and updated information. I assume that they will publish a new book at some point as well.

Natalie Choate’s book (Life and Death Planning for Retirement Benefits) includes numerous forms. The practical advice she provides is worth much more than the purchase price (about $100 on Amazon).
