[WSBAPT] Referral for Landlord/Tenant Attorney in Seattle

Happy Monday Listmates, 

I'm looking for a referral to assist a former client's friend who has a non-rent paying tenant in Seattle. Apparently the PC inherited the tenant under a 12 month lease when he purchased the property. Lease expires in July, 2015 but tenant hasn't paid rent since November, 2014. PC has given tenant 3 day notice to pay or vacate and obviously the tenant hasn't complied.
