[WSBAPT] Referral

Listmates,

I have a client who is looking for a referral to an estate planning attorney familiar with both UK and US tax laws. Family members are providing supplemental support to a disabled US citizen who lives in Wales.  They are  concerned not only with British tax issues, but issues that would arise in the UK if any amounts are left by will to the subject individual, either outright or in  trust.

Any thoughts as to who might be able to help on this one?
