I have a client who is trying to find a person who he sold a $30,00 trailer to.  Buyer quit making payments.  Default purchaser works for an employer in Washington of Idaho.  He has the right to a self-help repossession but he has to find the guy. They never had this “sale” processed on the title, so no address available from DOL.  Any idea of a private investigator in E. Washington, N Idaho who you could recommend to help find defaulting trailer user.
