On a similar note, does anyone have a recommendation in the case of an original 1969 will, both witnesses deceased, no self-proving language?

We have a photocopy of a 1969 Will, but both witnesses have passed away.  Does anyone have a pleading for Proof of lost or destroyed will (RCW 11.20.070) that could be shared?
