Katherine, the last one we used was Rebecca Hoglund and Richard Olson of Olson & Burns, in Minot, ND. 701 839-1740. We dealt primarily with Becky Hoglund and were very happy with her help. That matter had to do with dead people and no probates with multiple heirs at law.

Prairie County is pretty small (probably a little over 1200 people) and your client may be better served seeking counsel in the Billings area.  The Crowley Fleck firm has offices in Billings as well as North Dakota (the Bakken oil region spans both).  They have a mineral rights department although I do not know those particular attorneys well.  Best of wishes for a happy new year to those on the list serve.  GGG
