[WSBAPT] PR wants out, no alternate - procedure?

Just in time for the holidays:

Client, appointed PR, has done very little and wants to withdraw. Alternate named in Will does not want to serve. I do not wish to represent the one relative/heir who does wish to step in.

If I help PR file some type of Withdrawal, can I just also withdraw, since I’m the PR’s attorney? What duty do I have to other heirs, potential creditors, the court at this point?

Thanks.

Melinda
