Thanks--I noticed that first, actually, and then I got hung up trying to figure out whether I need to give five court days' notice or something longer. If it's longer I'm definitely in the new scheduling; if it's shorter I'm under the current scheduling.

Be advised that the days and times for probate and guardianship hearings is changing as of 1/4/2016.   Such hearings after the 1st of the year will be either on Mondays starting a 1:00 p.m. or Fridays at 9:00 a.m.   G3

I am setting a motion of the probate calendar (civil Commissioner) in Snohomish County. It looks like I only need to do it by the standard five court days, is that correct? There is no special extended length of notice required?
