[WSBAPT] TOD Deed with a Reverse Mortgage?

Hi All,

I have a client where the only significant asset is the home, and she wants it to go to her only child at her death.  The home is currently encumbered by a reverse mortgage.
It seems to me she could do a TOD deed without violating the terms of the reverse mortgage contract, but I am curious if others have dealt with this.
Anyone have experience with this?
