[WSBAPT] TEDRA Petition to remove PR

Hello,

 

Realizing that a judicial proceeding can be initiated under 11.96A.090,
when there is an existing probate proceeding and the new proceeding is
to remove the PR, can the consolidation motion contemplated in
11.96A.090(3) that the petition for removal be brought within the
original probate be made in the response to the Petition and then also
move within the response to the Petition that the provisions of TEDRA
require mediation and/or arbitration within the Probate proceeding
before any further judicial proceeding on the Petition? Or am I
misunderstanding the process here?
