[WSBAPT] Evidence Question

I have been successful in having the client take screenshots of the texts with overlapping lines of text to show the correct order. Once the client has the screen shots, they can have the pictures printed. This allows for the date and time the text messages were sent along with the order of the texts to be clear.

Sincerely

Amanda: My son told me a while ago that there are several apps which can possibly do that. I do not have the names. See if you can google them.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Evidence Question

I realize this is off topic but maybe someone will know~

How would you use text messages as evidence in Court? Does anyone know how to get the text messages off of the phone into a format that could be used? I thought about hiring a paralegal to transcribe it with dates and times but I feel like there must be some simpler way to do it.
