I am in  Tri-Cities. I have done work on franchises before and have significant business transaction experience. I claim no expertise in franchise law, but I am interested in getting more work in this area as there is no attorney here that seems to focus on this area of the law. Accordingly I would be a very affordable choice for your clients. Also interested in learning from a Wet-side expert if someone on the list ever needs office space to come meet Dry-side clients.
