[WSBAPT] Estate Planning Packaging

I find it is important to staple the docs, and binders make some of that
hard....I have used binders for copies with a statement on cover sheet as
to where client keeps originals...usually, though, the docs get stapled
into a blue cover and originals and copies all go into a manila
envelope...big one!
