Thanks for sharing Doug.  It’s a complicated problem, too often hushed up, and obviously devastating to the families.  Another good resource for mental issues leading up to suicide is NAMI.  They have good information, and classes for families, and they do good advocacy.  There are chapters for greater seattle, eastside, and snohomish county.
