[WSBAPT] Family Law Attorney Referral -- Eastside

My client's will nominates her parents (Grandparents - in their mid 70s -
living in Woodinville) as guardians for her 10 year old daughter
(granddaughter) if client dies. My client has cancer. Her parents
(grandparents) have an active relationship with her  daughter (their
granddaughter). My client has full custody of child. Grandparents are
concerned about what happens if their daughter dies and the biological
father tries to take daughter in order to claim social security benefits for
her to benefit himself.  Grandparents want to know their rights to keep
granddaughter in their home.  Would like to discuss with family law
attorney.
