[WSBAPT] Referrals for atty who handles disputes with condo association (HOA)

I have not had a condo lawsuit per se since most standard agreements require mediation or arbitration and most disputes are very fact-based.  However, I am very comfortable dealing with such matters and would be happy to confer with your client on an initial set fee basis and lay out my findings and recommendations for him, her , or them.
