I am assuming I am not the only 
list-serv member who received the string of emails falling 
below.

Looks like something was 
misrouted, and that this has to do with an on-going legal matter being dealt 
with by Kristin Cataldo, Gari Goodman and Sandy Sullivan, as opposed to 
something to be shared with the list-serv membership.

Did others receive the emails,
