Mates:

Whenever I consult with with estate planning first time potential clients,
I dig into their needs, and always fast forward to a potential dispute.
Often, issues they never realized suddenly come to the fore.

However, I don't go through a robotic checklist of questions since I review
issues as they are raised.

I'd like to know, nevertheless, a CHECKLIST by those of you who use them?

If so, may I take a quick look at yours?
