I have a client that received notice of a pending suit from an outstanding
creditor.  They need a full discussion of bankruptcy and alternatives.
They will not want to immediately head to bankruptcy but will desire to
see if they can negotiate some debts first.  They also have a pending tax
issue, so more than just a credit negotiation is at hand.

 

If creditor negotiations AND tax issues is within your expertise please
let me know - they are in the Everett area although for the right attorney
distance is not the final factor.
