[WSBAPT] Professional Personal Representative-Skagit County

Dear List-mates,

PCs (H and W) do not want to appoint relatives or friends as personal
representatives, rather they are seeking a professional/institutional PR.
The assets are approximately one million and PCs want to leave all to
charity. 

PCs are in Anacortes (Skagit County). Are there any local options you
could recommend? 

If not, any recommendations for Bellingham or Seattle?
