[WSBAPT] Probate, no N/Creditors, close within 1 year?

I have done the same as Richard, but ALWAYS with a CYA letter, which I require to be signed by the PR, detailing risks, and PR’s decision. Usual situation where the PR has been handling all the finances for years, and is adamant that there are no unknown creditors.

So, I do not see any risk to myself with this approach, but am I being naive and foolish?
