[WSBAPT] No-asset insolvent intestate estate, minor child - need a GAL? Who pays?

*My understanding: The PR may withdraw/resign, but until the estate
closes formally (eg, with the filing of a Decl of Completion --- see for
example 11.68.110 (2) & (3)) --- or the Court otherwise discharges the
PR, the PR remains liable for actions & omissions during his/her
administration. When the estate closes formally, that discharges the PR
& cuts the PR's liability except for fraud or nondisclosure.*
*Bottom line: Administrative closing of the estate by the Court or the
Clerk does not relieve**the PR of liability for the estate.*
