a situation and negotiation and I was very impressed with her knowledge

Have a friend of a friend with land in MT that a cell phone company
wants to put a tower on.  Have not done one myself for many years and
I'm guessing things have changed, particularly the going rates.  Anyone
know of a lawyer in Spokane area (where the owner lives) or one in
western MT (where the land is)  that has some experience to help this
landowner?
