[WSBAPT] Executing Will with Client that lacks ability to sign

He or she can direct another to sign for him.  Eyelids usually maintain
control.  I have read the Will with stroke victims, one paragraph at a time
to obtain approval.  Witnesses and doctors Note that still client still has
capacity
