[WSBAPT] Smoke Detectors

In connection with the sale of a small home in Magnolia, do any of you have a reference to someone who knows the
City code requirements for smoke and related detectors  and can help a client meet them in a home which is expected to have a closing within 30days?  Thanks for any help on this.
