[WSBAPT] NIP Notice & Lost Will?

Hi Everyone,

 

This list is so helpful.  I have a question along this same vein of
discussion regarding admitting a copy of the will.  How much notice is
required?  The same for a spouse and request for nonintervention powers
(10 days)? The same for a motion (6 days in our county)? Somewhere else in
the probate code (I can’t remember where at the moment) required 14 days’
notice.  Thanks for your help.
