[WSBAPT] Attorney in San Francisco

Need an attorney in San Francisco experienced in estate planning, powers
of attorney, and possibly guardianship.
Potential client lives right under Twin Peaks a block off a Market St. and
a attorney close by would be very good.
 
San Francisco client's  long time partner died a few years back.  There is
a new friend/partner and real concerns about exploitation by the new
friend/partner.
Client not yet living with the new friend/partner, but he is frequently at
client's house.  Client needs assistance and new friend/partner may be
dealing with the finances.  Client is in his late 70s or early 80s and has
substantial assets.
 
Client has no children.  His only sibling lives in Shoreline, WA.  This
brother is considering going back to visit in San Francisco again soon and
wants to try and get the client to a lawyer.   Client had a joint account
with his brother here.  Substantial sums have been withdrawn from it in
San Francisco.  Brother is worried about the new friend/partner and
exploitation of client.  Brother here is not in the best of health and his
wife died last September.  So not at all sure how much he can help or what
best approach is to protect his brother in San Francisco.
