[WSBAPT] Appellate Forms

Good afternoon,

 

Well, although we put forth some brilliant arguments (on KCLCR(7)(b)(7)
and otherwise) and stood firmly on the moral high ground, we lost the
motion for summary judgment.  Does anyone have an appellate checklist or
any forms that might help me in my bid to reanimate this
hopefully-not-lost-cause?  I’m in for the long haul on this one, despite
no foreseeable payment of fees anytime soon.
