Keep in mind that the law doesn’t go into effect until June 12th.  Not
sure what the effect of executing/recording before that date would be, but
hopefully a couple of weeks isn’t too long for the client to wait.

I have a client who would like me to draft a TOD Deed. In reading the
statute, am I correct that for a single person / of a typical residential
Seattle real property, I can simply use the typical quit claim language,
and only add the phrase " this transfer to the designated beneficiary is
to occur at the transferor's death? "
