I just worked on a probate that had numerous Swiss assets.  I would not
hesitate to recommend Stephanie Hathaway and Jenny Keeney as CPAs.

It sounds like you may also need an attorney experienced in handling
voluntary disclosures.   For that, I would recommend Eric Kodesch at our
Portland office (I’m attaching his Vcard).  I frequently handle foreign
assets in probates, so I’m happy to chat if you have some general
questions.

Good Afternoon, All – We have a probate where it turns out the decedent
was maintaining a few accounts in Switzerland that she was not declaring
or paying taxes in the US on. The Bank in Zurich is working with us,
however appears to be bound by Justice Department procedures recently put
in place regarding voluntary disclosures of overseas accounts, etc.
Sparing you all of the tangles, we would appreciate any referrals to a CPA
would could help guide the PR in the next steps regarding the IRS.
