[WSBAPT] Referral: bequest of Open Space real property

Potential client wants to bequeath parcels of real property which has been
designated Open Space for decades.  My base understanding is that there
could be back tax implications if the recipients don’t use for agriculture
or build primary residence on parcels.  Clearly I am not the person to
advise on this one.

Who has good experience with this kind of thing ?  (puget sound area)
