[WSBAPT] Guardianship through Will

Hi All,


I have a client that needs assistance in the Lacey/Olympia area.
Tragically, she lost her daughter and has inherited a 6 year old.  No
other family, no husband, child was adopted - which may make it more
difficult.  Yes, there is a will and it names her mom as the guardian.


I only do simply probates and have never done a minor child guardianship
associated with death.  


In my mind, this almost would be more appropriate for a family specialist
versus an estate planner... so that is question one - who should we be
looking for to assist?


Question two - I need trusted and experienced referrals who have done
guardianship proceedings through a will.
