I don’t have info at my fingertips but there are rules RCPs covering flat
fee agreements which are different from general fee agreements so a mix
might be a little hard.  Check the rules first.

Any of you have a good retainer agreement, flat fee or otherwise, I can
see?

 

I'm trying to simply have them both sign 1 agreement together, rather than
doing separate ones, which I normally do.
