[WSBAPT] One co-PR dies ...

Surely others have seen this…

Mid administration, one of  two co-PRs dies.  What is the simplest
procedure at this point.  Assume ex parte petition to commissioner to
reissue Letters Admin for the remaining sole PR.  Other related documents
necessary too?  (New Oath, etc?)   Or, better approach?  

Client being charged, of course, by the hour, so any sample pleadings
would be helpful in keeping cost to estate down…
