[WSBAPT] [SPAM] Probate - use of subpoena to recover information

So long as there are letters of admin or  letters testamentary the PR and
PR’s atty can use subpoena to get information.  Mere filing of will  with
PR nomination without letters is insufficient.

I am briefing this issue as we speak.
