Use the DOR form called Affidavit of Community Property, available on the
DOR website. This is the correct way to avoid problems with excise tax on
the “transfer”, which is really a documentation of survivorship. 
 
If you don’t do a Non-Probate Notice to Creditors, then do a CYA letter to
the client, documenting that you gave them the option to use the
procedure.

Client is PR for his deceased wife's estate. Estate is very simple, all we
need to do is transfer the home held in JTWROS into surviving spouse's
name. Is the process for this by lack of probate affidavit and then
drafting a new deed? Am I missing anything here?
