No, it can be taken care of as part of the sale transaction. Jane Doe will
sign the deed to buyer, probably with recitals verifying she's the
successor Trustee.

Sincerely,

Eric

Subject: [WSBAPT] Change of Trustee on Deed

The Deed is recorded with John Doe Trustee for the John Doe Trust.

We now want John Doe to step down and Jane Doe to become Trustee. Do we
record a new Deed? When Jane Doe is acting as Trustee, she will be selling
the house.
