I'm looking for referrals on two matters in areas that I don't handle.

 

The first is 503(c)(3) non-profit formation.  The second is an issue where
the potential client's health insurance is refusing to pay for a necessary
surgery.  

 

Does anyone handle this or know of someone who does that I could refer a
potential client to?
