[WSBAPT] Approaches to probate litigation

Hello,

 

I  have a PC that anticipates a dispute over how an estate will be
distributed. The estate’s value is estimated to be in excess of a million
dollars. However, the PC funds are somewhat limited. Probate was just
opened but it appears that there are a number of disputes within the
family.

 

Other than hourly billing, any other creative approaches to representing
this type of individual such Contingency fee? Other?
