[WSBAPT] amend cred notice where change atty?

Good morning,

I have a taken in a probate mid-stream, and the 4 month creditors period
has not yet run. I would assume a new or amended probate notice to
creditors would be required to be published and filed when counsel is
changed, but would hate for client to have to pay for another newspaper
fee unnecessarily. I do believe the PR should mail out new Notices to
potential creditors because the attorney contact information has changed.
And I’m not clear at all on whether the 4 months would for any reason
start over, although I would suspect not, especially if we are only
creating an Amended Notice to Creditors...

Has anyone any wisdom on this? Thanks!

Melinda
