Subject: [WSBAPT] Lewis County Adverse Possession

I have a potential client who called on behalf of his sister who owns 40
acres of bare land in Lewis County but does not live in Washington. She
was just served with paperwork for an adverse possession action in which
the neighbor built a garage on the property 10 years ago and is now
staking a claim to the land.

Any suggestions for counsel in Lewis County to handle this matter? I will
pass along all suggestions.

Thanks in advance –

Amy
