[WSBAPT] Acknowledgment of WA Deed in BC, Canada

Dear List-mates,
I have a real estate closing with a US grantor who is in Surrey, BC.
Because of an unexpected health issue, he is unable to travel for the
closing across the border or to get to a notary in BC. The closing is
scheduled for tomorrow. What would be the best way to get a "mobile"
notary in Canada to help with the acknowledgment? Is it even possible on
such a short notice?
