[WSBAPT] Probate for horses and other farm animals

Is anyone aware of a service provider in Washington who will help to
safely relocate horses and other farm animals in the event the owner dies?
I know that the Seattle Humane Society has a program to relocate dogs and
cats.  I have not been able to find a similar service for horses.
