Have you written a law review article on the subjects of real estate,
probate, or trust that didn’t get published?

 

Have you encountered a novel real estate, probate, or trust issue that
needs further exploration?

 

Do you as a young lawyer have a unique perspective on a real estate,
probate, or trust issue that you could share with other practitioners?

 

If so, the quarterly WSBA Real Property Probate and Trust (RPPT)
Newsletter needs you!  The RPPT quarterly newsletter is calling for
articles written by young lawyers on the subjects of real estate, probate,
and trusts.  Here are the details:

*	

	Articles must be submitted in publishable quality, including
proper citations.
*	

	Articles should be limited to 5,000 words.
*	

	The deadline for the fall edition is September 15, 2014.
*	

	Articles and additional questions should be submitted to the
Newsletter Editor, Sarah MacLeod, at  <mailto:macleods at lanepowell.com>
macleods at lanepowell.com.

 

Here are some examples of articles written by practitioners in prior
editions:

*	

	Washington’s Foreclosure Fairness Act & Foreclosure Mediation
*
