[WSBAPT] Henington Case

Anyone see the Henington decision yet? My first read seems to flip on its
head SOL and creditor's claims in probates. Apparently, Div 2 is of the
opinion that SOL on a claim continues to run after a creditor's claim is
filed even though there is no rejection of the claim. It was my
understanding from case law, that as long as the SOL had not run prior to
death, essentially a new SOL is created, i.e., the 4 month (2 year for
ascertainable creditors without notice) creditor filing period.
