[WSBAPT] Pierce County TEDRA "review hearing" PCLR 3(a)(14)

Pierce County procedure question:

 

I am subbing in on a Pierce County TEDRA matter re a Trust, and its case
schedule sets a "review hearing" 4 months down the road.

 

I think this is pursuant to PCLR 3(a)(14), but the Order Setting Case
Schedule doesn't cite a rule, it just says "mandatory - court review hrg."
and gives the date.

 

Is this a review under PCLR 3(a)(14), and NOT a hearing where anything can
be heard on the merits? That is, not a hearing on the merits under RCW
11.96A.100(8) <http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=11.96A.100> ?

 

Of course we'll be moving forward on the merits and setting a separate
hearing, but the date for that will likely be after the review hearing and
I don't want to be blindsided.
